-manmaker complex @ 155/95

-10 T2B

-10 burpee

 

*manmaker complex is 5 deadlifts, 5 hang power cleans, 5 front squats, 5 shoulder to overheads without putting bar down

 

**completed relay style where one athletes does entire round AFAP, then next athlete starts.  This continues until all rounds are completed.
