Teams of 2:

-row 2k

*alternate rowers every 20 strokes

 

immediately into:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

-kb swing (70/55 for performance)

-HR pushup (ring dips for performance)

 

*one partner completes 10 reps of each movement in the couplet, then the other athlete completes his/hers.  Then, first athlete does 9 of each, followed by the other athlete.  Athletes continue down the ladder until all reps have been completed by both teammates.
