-1 G2O (all BB weight is the same)

-2 kb swing (heavy)

-3 OHS

-4 T2B

-5 pushups or dips

-6 front squats

-7 burpees

-8 box jumps/steps

-9 wall balls

-10 cal row

-11 walking lunges

-12 thrusters

 

 

Performance

 

-1 G2O @ 115/75 (all BB weight is the same)

-2 one-arm kb snatch 70/55 (1 each arm)

-3 OHS

-4 T2B

-5 ring dips

-6 front squats

-7 burpees

-8 box jumps @ 30/24

-9 wall balls @ 20/14

-10 cal row

-11 walking lunges

-12 thrusters

 

 

You do the workout in the order you would sing the song.  For example, 1 G2O, then 2 kb, 1 G2O, then 3 OHS, 2 kb, 1 G2O, then 4, 3, 2, 1, etc.
