A.  12 min–build to heavy 5-rep hang power clean


Teams of 2 or 3, for time:

10-8-6-4-2 of:

-hang power clean 155/95

-burpee over BB


*each team member completes the set of 10, then each one completes the 8’s, etc.  Once the last person has completed all reps:
-team trail run up that terrible hill
**time stops when all team members are hanging from the pull-up rig once trail run is completed.
