Teams of 3 or more:

 

10 minute max distance row

*every 20 strokes, must rotate team members

 

—-rest 3 min—-

 

then, in FGB format:

-wall ball

-thruster 75/55

-box jump

-burpee

-pullup (may sub jumping pullups; 4 JPU equals 1 regular pullup)

 

*each team member starts at a different station, and it rotates through just like in Fight Gone Bad.  Score is added to max distance row for total score of the team.
