max reps unbroken wall ball 20/14 to a 10 ft target.
– if you drop the ball, hang out at the bottom of the squat or in any other way fall off a consistent rhythm, count that as the end of the set. Take no more than 60 seconds rest in between each attempt.

rest 4 minutes

3 sets
max reps unbroken muscle ups.
– if you touch the ground, that will be considered the end of that set. Rest 2 minutes in between each attempt
