Performance

A1) 5-5-5 hang squat clean

*rest 20 sec

 

A2) 30 sec AMRAP C2B or MU

*rest 2 min

 

Then:

-60 sec AMRAP thruster 115/75

-60 sec AMRAP burpee

*rest 4 min, x3
