15 minutes to a heavy squat clean. Pause at the bottom of the squat for 3 seconds before returning to a standing position. We are looking for your best effort while still receiving the bar low and being able to hold for the 3 seconds.

This resembles Grace but should be heavier. If you are scaled, make sure you are using more weight than you would normally use on Grace.
