A1.  6-8 strict pullups–pull as high as you can and hold for 2-sec.  May partner assist

A2.  25 med ball pushups–be as strict and tight as possible.  Elevate ball if needed.

B1.  2 rope climbs/5 climbs from laying to standing position

*rest 60 sec

 

B2.  max distance HS walk x 2 (>20ft each) or 5 wall walks (with rollout if appropriate)

C1.  3 dips @ 55×1 or 55A1–may go weighted or rings

*rest 60 sec

 

C2.  50 ft forward crab walk

*rest 2 min, x3
