15 minutes to a controlled snatch balance. This is the first time we have introduced the snatch balance to most of you. Today we are looking for the heavist weight you can do while maintaining the standards of this lift. It is more important with this lift to find that bottom position of the snatch fast than it is to have a heavy number put up.
