Ring dips – 5 sets of max reps. Make sure shoulder touches the rings at the bottom of the movement and you reach full extension at the top.

5 RFT

– 10 burpees

– 20 box jumps 24/20

– 40 squats

Advanced scaling – do 20 pistol squats alternating legs each rep. You may not use a target ball if you are using this scaling
