Zombie Apocolypse

Run from zombies (run 800m)

Pick up  friends so they don’t get eaten by zombies (deadlift 185/115- 30 reps)

Smash zombies (slam ball – 30 reps)

Throw zombies (wall ball – 30 reps)

Climb to saftey from zombies (rope climb – 5 ascents)

Flee with weapons to await the next zombie attack (run 800 with 25/15 pound weight)
