Today is what we will likely refer to in the future as an ‘active rest day.’ It’s a day to work on isometric holds and core strength work for a while, then really dig in on some of the mobility stuff that keeps us healthy and maintains good range of motion in our movements. Things like this tend to get overlooked a lot, so we’re going to start incorporating it into our programming more often.

This session is one James Hobart and Eric Magee did with us the other weekend they were here–we wanted to bring it back for our members! Thanks guys!
