Pull Up Drills – 15 minutes. Work to the next level on your pull ups. If you don’t have pull ups, drill a lower band. If you have them, work to make the kip more efficient, or learn the butterfly. If you have these, work chest to bar or weighted pull ups. Remember to keep your shoulders activated, especially at the bottom of the movement.
