A.  Build to heavy 3-rep thruster

 

8 RFT (Teams of 2) or 9 RFT (Teams of 3):

-250m/200m row

-10 thrusters (fast)

-10 T2B

-200m run

*to be completed relay style:  one athletes completes his/her round as fast as possible.  Upon completion of a round, finishing athlete tags next athlete to start the following.  This continues until all rounds are completed.
