3 minutes – prone hold on GHD as long as possible. In the time remaining do as many ab mat sit ups as possible. 3 rounds with 3 minutes rest in between each round.

2 minutes – ME UB pull ups. In the remaining time do as many  push ups as possible. 3 rounds with 2 minutes rest in between each round.
