Teams of 2:

 

-50 thrusters with empty bar

*then: load barbell*

Team carry for 400m @ waist

-40 front squat

Team carry for 400m @ waist

-30 hang power clean

Team carry for 400m @ waist

-20 shoulder to overhead

Team carry for 400m @ waist

*drop bar, then:

-10 burpees each to complete workout

 

*loaded barbell is 115/75 for performance athletes.  Fitness athletes:  pick a challenging weight!

 

**if bar touches the ground, both teammates must complete 5 burpees before work can continue.  Weight may be passed back and forth at the waist, and work does not have to be divided evenly.
