One arm overhead squat – 15 minutes drilling technique on kettle bells and dumbbells to your best repeatable effort. Hold the weight with a locked elbow fully over head and an active shoulder? Keep the arm close to the head with a big shrug centered over the body. We are looking for full depth on the squat.
