Goals Board!

Hey CFDers, our Goals Board is up!  Here’s how it’ll work:  You write your name, something you suck at that you want to improve, and what you’re doing to get better at it.  Even throw a date in there you want to have your goal achieved by for good measure.  That way, when you try to blow out of class early because of some made-up dentist appointment, skip mobility when your flexibility sucks, or never get better at doubles or pullups because you don’t do them, we can all brow-beat you for skipping your training!  Let’s start holding each other accountable for things we can improve!
