Wedding Day WOD

this is a partner wod, so saddle your bad self up with someone and get after it! During this workout, one person will work while the other does a static hold on a type of movement. The working partner can only do work while the other is in that hold position. If the holder drops out, partners must switch. The required number of reps for each movement must be completed before the pair is allowed to move on. Both partners reps will count towards the team goal.

For time:

50 burpees / plate hold overhead at full extension 45/35

50 G2O 45/35 plate / plank with feet in gymnastics position

50 box jumps 24/20 / squat hold (hips just below parallel)

50 ab mat sit ups / V hold

50 wall ball 20/14 / iron chair
