2 person teams

 

Each round will consist of:

-10 burpees

-10 wall balls

-10 G2O with plate

-10 double unders (or 30 single unders)

*3 minutes rest between rounds

 

Both partners can work simultaneously and split up the work however they want.  Work can be done in any order as long as all reps of each movement are completed.  Once all reps are completed, both teammates must drop to a prone position while clearly yelling ‘TIME!’  The first team done in each round is finished with the workout; the others continue in subsequent rounds until all teams have finished first in their heat.
