Labor Day Hero WoD, 9:30am class only

 

This workout is in memory of Cpl. Pat Tillman, a man I had the honor of meeting only briefly, as we coincidentally had the same Ranger School class back in 2003.

 

TILLMAN

7 RFT of:

-7 deadlifts 315/225

-200m run

-15 pullups

*rest 45 sec between rounds

 

*scale as needed
