In honor of Memorial Day, we will be hosting a 9:30am class ONLY

 

“Murph”

For time:

-1 mile run

-100 pullups

-200 pushups

-300 squats

-1 mile run

*the pullups, pushups, and squats may be partitioned as needed.  If you have a vest, wear it.  Fitness athletes are welcome to pair up to complete the workout as a team.
