posterior chain GHD work. 15 minutes – beginners drill hip extension. Intermediate – either weighted hip extension or handstring raises. advanced – glute ham raises. Work in sets of 6-8. Challenge yourself – get heavy!

– 40 hand release push ups. Men will have toes on 2-45 kb plates stacked up, women will have toes on one 45 kb plate.
