The Gymnastics Program is included with all memberships. Members get access to our CFD Gymnastics Facebook page with class information.

CFD’s gymnastics program written by Coach John Haines is meant to supplement our group program design.  It is intended to be done in 3 separate sessions per week and typically take between 20-30 minutes to complete each session.  The priorities include mastery of basic gymnastics movements and positions as well as implementation of more complex concepts.  There are instructional demonstration videos as well as a format to easily ask questions directly to Coach John as they come up.  If you value the ability to move your body through space, this program will be a great fit for you!
