A.  Standing strict shoulde rpress, 5 x 4 sets @ 31×1 tempo

 

AFAP:

-30 sec AMRAP pushup

-30 sec AMRAP kb swing *heavy

-30 sec AMRAP burpee (may move to no-pushup to move faster if needed)

-30 sec max calorie row

*rest 5 min, x3 rounds for max reps and calories!

 

finisher:  20 sec AD/AB sprint @ max effort, rest 1:40 x3 sets

-10 fast, kipping HSPU

-5 TnG deadlift @ 275/165

-15 burpees AFAP

-350/300M ROW
